Added bSSFP fitting functions and example scripts into /analysis/bssfp_fitting
Added an example bSSFP-lac healthy rat dataset into /sample_data
Added functions crop_images and fermi_filter into /utilities (used for kPL map visualization examples)

This looks excellent! Functions are all well documented, and I only found minor bugs in the chosen colormap when I tested on my laptop

I also added more descriptive "example" to some filenames for clarity
