Breaks login on elster.de #66

https://elster.de is the official German website for tax declarations. With this addon enabled I cannot log in, I get redirect back to the homepage when trying to log in.

As a workaround you can add "www.elster.de" to the list of filtered servers in the extension's settings.

Thanks, had missed that setting when I tried this addon for the first time, not sure if it didn't exist back then or I just missed to scroll down in the firefox preferences. From my point of view this issue can be closed then.

Otherwise, it might be useful to have an optional icon for the addon indicating whether it is active, so that you can toggle it for a site with a simple click on the icon.
