Enhancement: Support auto-redirect. #68

I like to view everything from the original page, when I open a link from my local instance I want it to redirect to the original page.

It would also be good to have the reverse. 'If this is for sure a mastodon page, autoredirect to local instance.'

I have pretty much the same request, since the active usage of extension like FediAct is already such a leap in cross-instance literacy. And with Mastodon Web alone you can't achieve an independent arbitration of traffic, like opening profile through original instance. Upstream, understandably, would have no interest in trying this again, as it confuses most users.

With FediAct you already might know that profile first needs to be scheduled a federation with user's instance, usually by active means such as following them. Mastodon Web already has this small notice for anyone wondering if all information is available through your instance at this moment, but it would help if profiles were immediately available without going to context menu or doing extra click. Options like "Open original profile automatically" and "...when it is not yet federated" would be of great service in saving these clicks and dealing with first-party access.
