Hide icon in toolbar #84

Firefox has been moving plugins/extensions to the extension menu to avoid them cluttering the toolbar. As I never click the FediAct settings button (which btw is titled FediFollow settings?), and it only contains settings, which are best managed via the extension menu anyway, it would be nice to not have that icon there, either by default or at least optionally.

Turns out you can just right-click to access a menu that allows you to hide the icon. Sorry for the noise!
