is this why the skins aren't working? is it possible to change the link to a different site?

http://steamchatskinning.tk/ is currently setup to redirect to another domain (with the same site).

This wont be affecting if the skin gets applied, that more likely to be the patcher struggling. But I believe there is a new and improved version of that on the way
