Duplicate lines on top of each other are a known issue. I can see that there are still duplicate lines in version 4 and 5, which is the reason why those lines are not generated in the gcode. If you find/delete all duplicates, it should generate the gcode correctly.
Unfortunately there is nothing else I can do for you, as I am only the backen developer.
Tried lots of modifications of the attached files, gradually increasing the number in the file name. The first few files would just hang at some percent (5% or 10%) when I click GENERATE to produce GCODE. I tried changing SVG content and output formats, Inkscape version, reinstalled latest Inkscape and LW (Windows 10, 64 bit) but no use. Tried looking closer at the files, editing SVG code in notepad, removing and cleaning stuff there. No use. Eventually, I noticed that many paths were duplicated three times and cleaned up the dups using the "Remove redundant edges" Inkscape plugin. After that (file "...editedInNotepad..") I was able to produce GCODE to 100%, but got many missing horizontal lines in the laser output on the screen (uncheck all checkboxes except "Show Laser" and observe many missing horizontal lines)
Thanks for looking into this. It is not urgent/important, but I hope that it would make this great software better.
