Lasersaur support for resume after interrupt #75

The Lasersaur firmware expects a resume character after an system interrupt (e.g. limit hit). Without this the microcontroller has to be reseted to continue. This way the system can be used again after homing, which makes sense if for example the limit switch was hit.

oh and the original lasersaur software does it this way (~\nG30).

Yes GRBL also requests this and I believe it's $X. But I think it's Allready in the options once it's detected
