Opening .STL files #124

Minor issue, if you open an STL file and do not set the slice thickness, it loads the stl in 3D format on the screen, but there is no way to delete it , it does not appear in a tab. This can happen if by accident you click somewhere else on the screen instead of the slice thickness dialog.

Update, if you click generate Gcode in the CAM tab, it deletes the STL from the screen. Works to get rid of it, but not a very elegant way of dealing with the problem.

Can not duplicate now, must have been a strange glitch, closing issue.
