v3 12-17-22 Build vs 02-03-23 Build

Hello!

I have quite a few of the 3.0 boards that use the 12-17-22 build and noticed a few changes in the new 02-03-23 Gerber files. Just out of curiosity, what was changed and is it worthwhile to have the boards remade on the new Gerber files?
