Integrated Circuit Handcrafting Recipe #259

The quest description for lapis sheets states that it's required for integrated circuits, which is true for the sequenced assembly recipe but not for the (arguably much simpler and cheaper) handcrafting recipe:

And as such there's no incentive to actually automate lapis production. I wonder if the handcrafting recipe is intentional or not.

This recipe seems like it shouldn't exist and I'm pretty sure it doesn't. There have been cases of recipes mistakenly getting enabled again for some players. I will look into this.

The recipe does indeed exist, I'll have to ask whether we want it to.
