Tooltip and REI changes

This PR:

• Moves item hiding from REI config to the hide_from_rei.js file,
• Hides all AE2 facades (but the stone one),
• Changes the recipe display type to Default (Composite display was very confusing for some players)
• Changes the favorite keybind back to the default [A],
• Changes the display scale of items to 100%,
• Changes some more fluid values to those derived from constants,
• Adds tooltips to the Drawer Downgrade, Lava Bucket, Black Dye and Drawer Lock explaining their functionality for Extended Drawers.

For some reason, can't hide items from REI by regex or by ignoring NBT.
