This PR:

Adds the Default Settings mod
Moves Sodium, Iris, options.txt and servers.dat to the config/defaultsettings/Default folder
Removes REI config (if you wish to re-add, please do this in the config/defaultsettings/Default folder!)
Removes configs of mods not present in the pack.
Updates packwiz to the newest version.
