Fix Backpack Mod #293

According to #66, the backpack mod is being replaced with Traveler's Backpacks. However, references to the old one still exist.

This aims to finish that transition by fixing quests and fully removing the deprecated backpack mod.

This is WIP since I'm unsure if there is other ongoing development in this space, and I figured it would make sense to show I am doing it in some capacity.

Yes there is ongoing development for the quests, on a private dev server however, which isn't synced to the git.

And we don't want to remove the old backpack mod to keep old worlds as compatible as possible

Please note that quests are being developed on a test server and are not commited here.
