Remove some deprecated recipes and add Auto Chipping #318

This PR:

removes deprecated recipes from "zLaky Core", which are removed anyway by KubeJS scripts,
Adds the ability to automatically make Chipped blocks using Create Mechanical Saw.

Work in progress.

TODO:

Covered ME Cables to use Rubber instead of Wool

Suggestion: maybe this should be a custom create component per chipped table using custom machinery instead of giving more functionality to the saw. If you'd like any help with that whether that be making the machines, textures, code, etc. let me know! I've been messing around with the create custom machinery stuff

This would require a custom mod - not something that KubeJS can do.

Custom machinery can support create components w/ this addon https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/custom-machinery-create

See the image I posted in contributor channel in discord for example (too big for github).
