[Bug]: Custom millstone recipe for Gravel -> Sand is not explained in quest book, "Automation Matrix" chapter is misleading

Bug Description

Normally Create doesn't let you automate sand until you unlock crushing wheels, this is relevant because sand is used to make clay which is crucial in this pack.

This pack has a custom recipe for automating sand using the millstone, but it's easy to miss it, and the "Automation Matrix" chapter suggests that Crushing Wheels are a requirement. This should be fixed.

(or maybe the quest book is right and the millstone recipe is unintentional?)

The Automation Matrix and most processes have been entirely overhauled in 2.1. The updated quests just aren't in this github repository yet as we're developing them privately.
