Bug with textbox on contact page sliding up #22

When editing the message a second time on mobile and you click in the textbox to move the cursor the textbox slides up and is covered by the navbar

Note: this only seems to happen on chrome. It was fixed by having javascript handle the focus event on mobile and then increasing the row attribute. On desktop the textarea increases height with custom css using the :focus selector fixed by 091baac6dec7a712ab909212d8312f2d9e636c80
