Once per day (or manually), issues will be marked "Stale" after 30 days of inactivity; issues marked "Stale" will be closed after 5 more days of inactivity. Updating an issue will remove the Stale label.
The first time this action was run added Stale labels to some issues we may want to keep, so I'll update those as needed.
