Show "including" patterns in View Info panel #152

As a user looking at the "View Info" panel for a pattern I want to see what patterns are currently including the pattern I'm viewing So that I can be better informed about the reach of any changes I make

The panel currently shows patterns that are included in the pattern being viewed, but it would be even more helpful for this to also go in the other direction (allowing someone to traverse up and down the "tree").

Need to evaluate this feature for LOE and complexity.
