Sobeit detected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the game
2. Log into the server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Screen freezes and after few seconds following is displayed:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS: Windows 7 Pro 32-bit
Mod Client: latest
SA-MP Client: 0.3x R1

Please provide any additional information below.
How exactly do they detect that I'm using sobeit? It has to be implemented into 
server anti-cheat mechanism, but somehow it even knows I'm using sobeit, when 
disabling it by pressing the panic button before even logging in.

Can server anti-cheat scripts check what folders/files there are in GTA San 
Andreas directory? Could it be the case? I would suggest implementing the 
possibility to install the mod whereever, by just specifing the GTA San Andreas 
installation directory.

this is normal, there are a new protection that freezes you some seconds when 
you spawn, if you have sobeit, your camera changes position because the admin 
anti freeze, you only need to press 5 when your camera start to move and it 
wont be detected
