Drop Laravel v10 support #143

It is a bit difficult to support multiple version of laravel/symfony in the same time so maybe will be better have two release lines.

Todos:

[ ] Drop symfony/*:^6.3.0
[ ] Add #[Override] to make phpstan happy again (see but is missing the #[\Override] attribute in baseline) (see #142)
[ ] Check https://github.com/LastDragon-ru/lara-asp/issues/143 mentions
[ ] Add aliases to migrator commands (they are supported since Laravel v11.0.8, https://github.com/laravel/framework/pull/50617, 36f2484f7a164bdfa298cb2c2d5c39e0f0328a69)
