Fixes issues in the multisig trading -M12

This PR

• fixes listing network issues where it mixed kusama and rococo.
• refactors backend and make more resilient
• adds many backend checks to the calls
• overall improves stability

Last to-do:

• Add backend authentication. Such as proofing that seller owns the core etc.
• Add backend checks against the database. Such as if funds were sent to multisig etc.
