Exsisting problems:

the buyer can purchase the core if he doesn't have the necessary funds to do it
the core is removed from listings even if the buyer doesn't have the necessary funds to purchase it.
if there is some issue there should be a way to send the funds back or to cancel a transaction
step 2 and 3 should be able to be done one after another
@noahjoeris is there still an issue if 3 same people have already participated in the same multisig in the past, they can't anymore?
