bits/100와 같은 뱃지로 체크 가능 1등 2등 3등 뱃지 체크필요

1등 2등 3등 뱃지는 bits-leader/3처럼 넘어옴. 비트수 설정 관계없이 읽게해야 될듯

시청자가 후원한 비트수를 정확히 알기는 힘드므로 비트 후원 이력이 있는 시청자 한정 설정으로 변경
