We need to define how should be work the bot configuration

how the user can configure the bot for they discord server

suggested commands

$news #chanel-name -t js, react, nodejs, angular -r github, gnews

#chanel-name: this is the channel where the bot will post the news -t: this mean topic -r: this mean repositories

with this command $news #chanel-name -t js, react, nodejs, angular -r github, gnews

you configure the bot to post news on #chanel-name related with these topics js, react, nodejs and news will be coming from github, gnews
