tools for simulation estimates #48

maybe a bunch of tools related to answering questions for running jobs:

  1. how much storage will i need
  2. how much node-h do i need
  3. how does node-h of one system compare to another?
  4. time to do transfers e.g. from tape or via globus
  5. histograms of measurements?
  6. measures of thermalization?

model with nodes, lattice size, compression, etc
