Cannot get files thru composer - InvalidArgumentException #36

Getting izettle api files thru composer give following exceptions

[InvalidArgumentException]
Could not find package laulamanapps/izettle-api at any version matching your PHP version 5.6.40.0

also occurs for PHP version 7.0.33.0

The composer requires PHP >=7.1
