Use webforms and integrate with campaign monitor, create send or mailchimp (or similar)

Select a mailing list manager and reassign.

There is a code controlled module and features set called Subscribe that provides the first version of the subscription form. It collects area of interest, name and country to a Create Send mailinglist off site.

The form is available here. I can't seem to fit it nicely into the main menu. Tracey could you please it somewhere please? http://spacetimeconcerto.com/form/subscribe

I have removed some of the menu items and it now fits
