This PR adds functionality to the Navbar component and any page level styles that go with it. Changes to this PR include

adding navbar template and styles to lit component along with menu button click handler
added image for home page
added list of resorts
using resort list in main template to generate links and images
passing resort list to templates from controller
added page level styles to target slot elements that couldn't be targeted by nav-bar component

Closes #91
