No, sadly. Currently I’m using Vortex mod manager, after multiple attempts of fixing it I eventually gave up and have been using Vortex for A while now and so far I’m having no issues!

Bug Summary
The program has worked just fine previously until this week where upon attempted opening it just displays an error message saying I am missing "system,windows,forms version=4,0,0,0, culture=neutral" I have installed the programs necessary for the manager that are listed on the page and redownloaded the manager itself multiple times in an attempt to fix this but its still happens, mods work in game but I can neither add nor remove any since I can't open the program.
I have attached the two latest logs incase it helps
