I took out every single mod one by one and everything and every time the modsettings would revert back to black but also not quite, here's a picture:
it's missing the top part with the numbers. Anyways it does that for every single one until I take them all out and then I do actually get the numbers at the top to show up. And no it's not the last mod I take out that is the problem, it does the same thing even if its a different one.
