Stuck on loading profile[Bug]: #345

Bug Summary

I downloaded the mods on Vortex. Then, I downloaded the mod manager and it got stuck like this. No matter what I do it doesn't go through this loading phase. Screenshot 2024-07-10 192131

Hiya, I know this is an old post but google brought me here, so as much as anything probably for me in the future;

I had a similar issue where it was stuck on building mod order list - I copied over everything from the BG3 Mod Manager folder and then extracted the zip and overwrote all the files, once it would open/load I just overwrote the files with the original ones, and that appears to have sorted it for me (and hopefully it will work again in six months when I have to google it again haha!) :)

Having the same issue, but reinstalling does nothing.

Having this issue right now as well. Works on one machine, but not on the other. Reinstalling also did nothing. Edit: Deleted the modsettings.lsx and modsettings.lsx.backup files from %LOCALAPPDATA%\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public and that fixed the issue

Ah, you're right, thank you! I assumed it's going to work the same as for beta.
