phpMyAdmin Support (Apache AMIs) #57

Apache AMI does not support phpMyAdmin. I thinks it needs to update chef recipe about httpd.

Apache AMI needs to configure httpd conf for phpMyAdmin. CloudFormation needs to update RDS endpoint data in phpMyAdmin's config file.
