Remove recompose

Feature Description

The original project is archived. While there is a community fork, we've removed it from the client-template and we're only using the wrapDisplayName util in a story, so I don't see much value in porting over to that library.

Suggested Solution

Rewrite the wrapDisplayName util locally so that it can still be imported by client apps

Furthermore, it shouldn't be considered a dev dependency. Without having recompose declared at the project level, the build will not work.
