Add inline documentation for `onLoad` #9

Old docs can be found in legacy-docs.md. Remember to delete the relevant section once it's been added to the auto-generated docs.

@dpikt To update the docs, should I just edit the specific JS file and add comments like you did here src/on-update.js?

@bhennes2 yep! then run yarn run docs to generate the docs again. There are some notes on this in the main README.
