As a user I can find all the social media links at the bottom of the screen so that I can easily navigate the blog social media accounts

[x] Add padding on both ends so that the links are easier to see.
[x] Add the links and make sure they open on a separate page.
[x] Add a login link at the bottom of the page instead of a home button.
