Tasks: [x] Install django and the supporting libraries [x] Create a new blank Django project and app [x] Set up project to use cloudinary and PostgreSQL [x] Early first deployment of empty project to Heroku

All tasks completed. Small issue with deployment due to spelling error in procfile.
