Support for PLK (Polish) and PTG (Portuges) languages? #25

It seems to be that the PLK and PTG langauages aren't working, it would be great if these can be added.. e.g.: TotalInclVATTxt: Label 'total %1 Incl. VAT', Comment = 'DEU="Total %1 inkl. MwSt.",ENU="total %1 Incl. VAT",ESP="total %1 IVA incl.",FRA="total %1 TTC",ITA="totale %1 IVA incl.",NLD="totaal %1 incl. btw",SVE="totalt %1 inkl. moms",PLK="%1 - suma z VAT",PTG="total %1 incl. IVA"';

all files, except the last 2 are created.

I have the same issue with PTG. Would be really great if that could be fixed/added.
