Added anime character recognition captcha, currently for "normal imageboard" board type only (because only that dwoo template has been changed, should be trivial to add to the others.) Replaces the crappy kusaba default.
Known bug = it breaks posting on non-imageboards right now due to the above template thing, but oneechan doesn't have any so this doesn't really matter(?) Also this was done against kusaba X 0.9.3 originally so you may want to double-check the board-post.class.php changes, although so far as I can tell it works fine.
