Update to current Flat package #7

i have been using the baikal server for many years. I've only seen your side now. I was only ever aware of 0.2.7.spk. I manually installed the current version (0.8.0) on my diskstation. For many users, however, a current installable spk would be easier.

the baikal development is continued by ByteHamster. please update the flat package to the last version.
