Show undocumented figure keys... #68

I have added pandoc-plot block-keys option that shows all block keys, including those undocumented.

Also regenerated MANUAL.html.

Hi Michał, Thanks for pointing out that newer keys are undocumented in the context of the document -- it's because some keys were only intended to be used in configuration files.

I will accept updates to documentation, but what's the purpose of --help-figure-keys if pandoc-plot manual exists?

I did not miss manual, I saw that it does not list some keys. I thought it should include these keys for completeness, and only way to do that was to add an option.

You can document keys without adding an extra option, as current keys are documented without a special option
