dub path now configurable #4

This should allow autocomplete-dcd to run with 'dub' not in path, similar to dcd-client's and dcd-server's config. Had trouble running Atom in development mode though so this is untested :(

I merged it manually and changed the typo. I haven't merged anything on github until now, so I don't really know what I did wrong, but I'll close this PR manually.
