Adding custom behavior to "tests" folder #26

Currently there is a custom behavior for "test" folders (psingular). I've added this same behavior to "tests" folders (plural) as well. Related to issue: https://github.com/LaurentTreguier/vscode-simple-icons/issues/25

folderNamesExpanded should stay empty is because it's generated automatically (this PR showed that the generator script wasn't taking overrides into account, has been fixed by 8defbc0e9a56c1ae2810fdeb0570d3189e98b634). I also added specs to the folders using the test folder icon in f08b6fc571736faf7c5841ae7bb856bab61276da
