The docs action takes a long time and produces lower quality docs than I would like it to. The PR it produces also needs to be approved by myself, and I would prefer if others could maintain this project in the future.
Since the docstrings are all available in the code, I don't see much reason to keep this around. If I get around to improving the tool in the future we may add it back.
