Is mbf safe? I dont wanna risk my acc just for some beat saber mods (no offense).

I can confirm that, to my knowledge, nobody has ever been banned for modding a legitimate copy of the game. It's only piracy that has got people banned. Modding is, however, against the TOS, so meta could decide to start banning people for it.

In terms of whether MBF is malicious: it isn't, the source code is available here. It doesn't contain malware. I am the developer of MBF though, so of course I would tell you that. If you want more assurance it is safe then you'd want to ask an independent third party.
