US: As an admin, I want to have an admin board from where I can see the list of bird species, and add/update/delete a bird species from #86

Instead of an admin board, modify the birds list page to have a dropdown menu appear when a user is authenticated as an admin.
This will avoid code duplication as this dashboard would have been the same as the list of birds.
