2 months ago This has been slightly modified in scope. It's been integrated into an Orthanc python script. Will be deploying soon, and eventually backfilled to this repo as part of a private ticket
moved back to med priority, as we have plenty of data atm and integrating my systems to the lab's workflows seems to be more important.
