Fix dependency issues #8

omero-py requires zeroc-ice 3.6.5 OME maintains wheels for our required python versions, they are used in lavlab-omeropy-container, the base image for this dev container. however when running hatch, our build tool, it doesn't use our existing venv. Instead it attempts to build it's own venv, which errors as the zeroc-ice maintainers do not provide wheels past python3.8 not sure how to resolve atm.
