Add support for therminator combi boiler (log wood + pellet) #12

Hi there, i just found your great repo! Is it possible to get this module working for my therminator II combi boiler? Can I use the module already now?

Based on the operation instructions there is a offset to use for the heating-circute readings of 200: https://www.solarfocus.com/produkte/Waermepumpe/EcoManager-t_Modbus-TCP-Registerdaten_Anleitung.pdf

Danke für die Super integration in Homeassistant. Habe auf die letzte Beta aktualisiert, aber auch einen Fehler entdeckt.

Bei der Target Temperatur Boiler wird ein Falscher wert angezeigt.

Thanks for reporting, I've opened a new issue for that #15

@LavermanJJ This seams to work now, the only thing throwing me off are the numeric values for the states e.g. the Solarfocus Buffer state. These should probably be translated or mapped to meaningful strings.

Hm this should work actually... I'll have a look

Edit: I just had a look. The mapping is currently only available in German. 🙈

@LLukas22 I've fixed all, but the biomass boiler status (https://github.com/LavermanJJ/home-assistant-solarfocus/releases/tag/v1.2.0-beta-12). For the moment that is still in German.

Hi @LLukas22 and @LavermanJJ I've just installed latest Version. Seems to work finde. All stats and text are there. While creating New Integration i can choose now the Model. Nice work.
