initial version multiple components

With this PR the HA-integration will support multiple components for heating circuits, buffers, and boilers. Add System information as model:

Breaking Changes:

• Changing Entity Ids:
  • Boiler old: enable_single_charge -> new: single_charge
  • Boiler old: enable_circulation -> new: circulation
  • Heating old: target_temperatur -> new target_supply_temperature
  • Boiler old: target_temperatur-> new target_temperature
  • Heating old: mode_holding -> new mode
  • Boiler old: mode_holding-> new holding_mode
  • Heating old: supply_temp -> new supply_temperature
  • Heating old: room_temp -> new room_temperature
  • Buffer old: top_temp -> new top_temperature
  • Buffer old: bottom_temp -> new bottom_temperature
  • Boiler old: temp -> new temperature
  • Heat pump old: supply_temp -> new supply_temperature
  • Heat pump old: return_temp -> new return_temperature
  • Heat pump old: eletrical_energy_heating -> new electrical_energy_heating 💥 if you want to keep long term statistics, you need migrate the values in the DB yourself. link
• Service calls are removed. Please use the respective entities instead. For example: Instead of calling the service: set_operation_mode, one should use the select.hcx_cooling
• COP is no longer provided. The calculation has to be done within HA using a template sensor

When configuring the max number of heating circuits, boilers, and buffers, this integration provides 161 entities ... this certainly effects the polling interval. So whoever has such an extended setup, may need to consider if the default of 10s is a wise pick.
