Allow opening .md files in Laverna from file system #310

Now that Laverna has has added Electron support (which is ZOMG, awesome), it would be awesome to allow .md files to be "opened inside of Laverna" by either double-clicking or right-clicking on a .md in a desktop environment and leveraging the OS's native mime handlers to pass that action to Laverna.

Upon doing the above action, Laverna should either open the file in a new files or perhaps ask which folder to put the file in, as well as asking if it wants it copied / synced (if that is configured)

This relates to both #262 and #304
